Here at A. Marshall Hospitality, it's our mission to make sure that you're 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you are unhappy with the item(s) received for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.
When returning an item, please note that:
- The item must be in new/unused condition. Food items must be unopened.
- The item isn't damaged (see the information below on damaged orders)
- Sale items may not be returned
- Gift cards may not be returned
- Must be within 30 days of the purchase date
If the return in question meets the above criteria, please pack the item up safe & sound for shipping back to our warehouse.

Have a sudden change of heart? We would be happy to cancel any orders that have not been shipped. We process orders pretty quickly, so please notify us of any cancellations as quickly as possible. The best way to contact is by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your name and order number. If the order has already shipped, please view our return policy.
Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that your order didn't make it to you in one piece. We certainly do our best to properly package each item, but sometimes a package can be damaged in transit. Please email email@example.com within 5 days after receiving the shipment with a photo of the damaged item. With proof of the damage, we would be happy to send out a replacement or issue a full refund for the order. Please be sure to include your order number in your email.
If your order is returned to our warehouse by USPS we will automatically issue a refund and you will receive an order update letting you know that your order was undeliverable and a refund has is being processed.
Once we receive your return shipment back to our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the item back to the credit card used for the original order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account. Please note that the refund will not include the shipping cost for the original order.

This information is used solely by AMH and its affiliated restaurants or other companies who are involved in the operation of the Website, for customer relationship management and market research purposes. AMH does not sell, share, or disclose this information to third parties.
AMH does not seek to collect such information from persons under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any such information to us. If you are the parent or guardian of a person under the age of 18 who has provided such information to us, please inform us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will remove such information from our database.
By showing how and when guests use the site, cookies help us see which areas are popular and which are not. Many improvements and updates to the site are based on data such as total number of visitors and pages viewed. This information is most easily tracked with cookies. About IP Addresses
AMH collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the web. Web servers—the big computers that “serve” up web pages—automatically identify your computer by its IP address. When guests request pages from amarshallhospitality.com et al., our servers log their IP addresses. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user’s session will be logged, but the user remains anonymous to us.
