A. Marshall Hospitality Online Store Policy

 

Here at A. Marshall Hospitality, it's our mission to make sure that you're 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you are unhappy with the item(s) received for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

When returning an item, please note that:

 

  • The item must be in new/unused condition. Food items must be unopened.
  • The item isn't damaged (see the information below on damaged orders)
  • Sale items may not be returned
  • Gift cards may not be returned
  • Must be within 30 days of the purchase date

 

If the return in question meets the above criteria, please pack the item up safe & sound for shipping back to our warehouse.

Cancellation Policy:

 

Have a sudden change of heart? We would be happy to cancel any orders that have not been shipped. We process orders pretty quickly, so please notify us of any cancellations as quickly as possible. The best way to contact is by email at orders@amarshallhospitality.com. Please be sure to include your name and order number. If the order has already shipped, please view our return policy.

 

Damaged Order:

 

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that your order didn't make it to you in one piece. We certainly do our best to properly package each item, but sometimes a package can be damaged in transit. Please email orders@amarshallhospitality.com within 5 days after receiving the shipment with a photo of the damaged item. With proof of the damage, we would be happy to send out a replacement or issue a full refund for the order. Please be sure to include your order number in your email.

Returned Order:

 

If your order is returned to our warehouse by UPS we will automatically issue a refund and you will receive an order update letting you know that your order was undeliverable and a refund has is being processed.

 

Refund Processing:

 

Once we receive your return shipment back to our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the item back to the credit card used for the original order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account. Please note that the refund will not include the shipping cost for the original order.

 

All sale items and gift cards sales are FINAL.
